Blancpain continues its long-standing tradition of celebrating love with the Villeret Saint-Valentin 2026, a limited edition of 14 pieces, a symbolic reference to 14 February.
This marks the 26th consecutive year in which Blancpain has presented a Valentine’s Day edition.
The new model is housed in a white gold case measuring 21.50 mm in diameter and 8.20 mm in thickness, with a diamond-set bezel that enhances its refined proportions.
The dial is crafted from nacre perlée, one of the rarest and most delicate forms of mother-of-pearl used in watchmaking. Sourced in extremely limited quantities from select cultured shells, it is cut from the shell’s most curved central area, accounting for less than two per cent of the usable material, which underlines its exceptional character.
The absence of hour markers allows the heart-cut diamond at 12 o’clock to take centre stage, while openworked hands glide across the dial’s minimalist surface.
Powering the watch is the Manufacture Calibre 615, visible through the sapphire crystal caseback. Operating at 3 Hz (21,600 vibrations per hour), the movement measures just 15.70 mm in diameter and offers a power reserve of 38 hours.
The automatic calibre is fitted with a silicon hairspring for improved precision and resistance to magnetism, and features an oscillating weight engraved with a heart motif.
Water-resistant to 3 bar (30 metres), the watch is paired with a varnished red alligator leather strap in Blancpain’s signature Chérie shade.
The Blancpain Villeret Saint-Valentin 2026, reference 0063G 1954 55A, is priced at CHF 19,500. blancpain.com
