Piaget has unveiled the new Polo 79 Two-Tone ref. G0A51150, the third iteration of the iconic model originally conceived in the 1980s by Yves Piaget.
A passionate equestrian, Yves Piaget channelled his love of polo and high society into a watch that came to embody the glamour of the decade.
“A bracelet watch and a watch bracelet,” as he famously described it, the Piaget Polo quickly became a defining design of its era.
Previously presented in yellow gold in 2024 and in white gold in 2025, this sports elegant watch is now available in a refined version combining yellow and white gold that showcases Piaget’s mastery of gold craftsmanship.
The brushed white-gold case and integrated bracelet are accented by polished yellow-gold gadroons, creating the distinctive visual rhythm that defines the collection.
This interplay of finishes and tones adds depth while preserving the unmistakable identity of the Piaget Polo.
The solid gold dial follows the same aesthetic logic, complemented by brushed yellow-gold hands for a restrained yet elegant finish.
Measuring 38 mm x 7.45 mm and water-resistant to 5 ATM (50 metres), the case houses the ultra-thin 1200P1 in-house self-winding calibre, visible through the sapphire crystal caseback.
This state-of-the-art movement measures just 2.35 mm in thickness and operates at a frequency of 3 Hz (21,600 vibrations per hour), with a 44-hour power reserve delivered by a grey-coated 22K gold micro-rotor.
The new Piaget Polo 79 Two-Tone G0A51150 has a retail price of €96,500. piaget.com
