Unveiled in 2019 after four years of development, the Traditionnelle Twin Beat Perpetual Calendar embodies this philosophy with a user-centric approach. Its patented dual-frequency system addresses one of the main challenges of the perpetual calendar: maintaining its operation without requiring constant winding. True to the codes of the Traditionnelle collection, the watch features a 950 platinum case measuring 42mm in diameter and 12.3mm in thickness, framed by a slim bezel and a fluted caseback. Its openworked dial reveals a contemporary design where transparency and depth meet. Engraved with a railway-track minute scale, the sapphire crystal reveals a sandblasted mainplate with an anthracite NAC finish. A hand-guilloché slate-gray white gold insert complements the white gold dauphine hands.
At the heart of this exceptional timepiece, bearing the Poinçon de Genève (Geneva Hallmark), beats the hand-wound manufacture caliber 3610 QP. Its two independent gear trains, powered by a dual coaxial barrel, alternate between an Active mode at 5hz offering a four-day power reserve and a Standby mode at 1.2hz extending the power reserve to 70 days. A push-button integrated into the case allows for instant switching between the two rhythms without interrupting the display of the instantaneous perpetual calendar. Mounted on a textured calfskin strap, this timepiece transforms the mastery of energy into a sensory experience of time.
