The Best Turquoise Dial Watches

STYLOUX
20 Min Read

As watch enthusiasts, we naturally come across certain details that we’re drawn to over and over again. For some, it might be specs, sizing, or certain genres. In addition to those qualities, I often find myself drawn to color, and one color more than others: turquoise. In a lineup of watches, if there’s a turquoise dial in the mix, it’s where my eye naturally returns to time and time again, even if other elements of the watch might not fit in the typical textbook of what I consider to be my style. Maybe it’s because it’s my birthstone, as a gal with a December birthday. Maybe I’m drawn to the way the color is both calming and vibrant, almost loud, simultaneously. If I were a little more woo-woo, maybe I would take it as a sign that my throat chakra is out of whack and could use a bit of realigning.

The guide below is something of a love letter to turquoise-dial watches of all ilk. Down below, I’m going for a wide breadth of turquoise-dial watches, not only in terms of price, but also in hue, from stone dials to the more Tiffany blue end of the spectrum and beyond. Basically, I’m going with my intuitive response to the watches, rather than if the watchmaker explicitly has named the dial turquoise.

[toc-section heading=”Timex Automatic 1983 E Line”]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Timex 1983 E Line

Case: 34mm Material: Steel Movement: Miyota 8215 Automatic Water Resistance: 50 meters Price: $249

A callback to the brand’s 80s-era E Line, this model carries on its retro inspiration into today with welcome tweaks. From its inception, the E Line has been distinguished by its large, TV-style dial, which looks particularly great in this shade of bright turquoise. It’s paired with one of the brand’s perfect fit expansion bands, is packed with an automatic movement with a 42-hour power reserve, and the rounded-square case shape does make this watch wear a little larger than the 34mm diameter suggests. If it were up to me, I would have probably made the date window color match the dial (or have even done away with it entirely), but that’s a matter of personal preference. Ultimately, this is kind of the perfect Tiffany blue turquoise shade at a really reasonable price point.

 [toc-section heading=”Baltic Hermétique Summer Turquoise”]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Baltic Hermetique Turquoise

Case: 37mm Material: Steel Movement: Miyota 9039 automatic Water Resistance: 150 meters Price: $627

While I pretty much like turquoise year-round, I can admit that it’s a dial color that lends itself particularly well to the warmer months. Part of the brand’s summer edit of the Hermétique collection, this take on the line throws in a poppy turquoise hue at the dial’s center in rich contrast with the black railroad-style minute hand around the perimeter. Something about this color combo in particular makes me think of old school diners, checkerboard floors, and vinyl booths.

 [toc-section heading=”Citizen Zenshin Mechanical”]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Citizen Zenshin

Case: 40.5mm Material: Super Titanium Movement: Miyota 8213 Automatic Water Resistance: 100 meters Price: $650

I was initially thinking of Citizen’s Tsuyosa when making this list, but upon further inspection, I came to the conclusion that that dial was more of a light blue than a turquoise. But no need to fear, there are some options in the Zenshin collection that fit the bill. Considering the richly textured dial, titanium build, integrated bracelet style, and automatic movement, this Zenshin definitely punches above its weight class, especially for under $700.

 [toc-section heading=”Seiko Prospex Alpinist SPB503″]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Seiko Prospex Alpinist

Case: 39.5mm Material: Steel Movement: 6R55 Automatic Water Resistance: 200 meters Price: $995

The Prospex Alpinist has an enduring reputation for being one of the best entry-level mechanical watches in the game. Right as 2025 was coming to a close, Seiko unveiled a new color experiment to its functional-yet-funky model family with the SPB503, which I happen to believe is the best looking yet. While the green and gold tone model is inarguably the most popular, the turquoise sunray dial offers a fresher and more contemporary look in contrast to all the vintage-inspired elements going on in the design language. The specs we all know and love, along with the attainable price tag, are all well and accounted for, of course, and I think the move away from the more vintage-inspired golden hues to silver tones across the dial works really well.

 [toc-section heading=”Bulova x Complecto Super Seville”]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Bulova Super Seville

Case: 37.5mm Material: Steel Movement: Precisionist Quartz Water Resistance: Splash resistant Price: $1,095

I’ve long held the opinion that the Super Seville is the unsung hero of the Bulova catalog, and for me, it doesn’t get better than this turquoise dial take on the line. Part of the fleet of limited edition models released in collaboration with Complecto, the use of actual stone dials definitely turns up the heat a notch on the 70s funkiness of it all. Because the dial is actually turquoise, there are some subtle variations in the patterning you’ll see on each watch, which only makes it cooler. In contrast to the loudness of the turquoise, the rest of the design language dial-side is pretty simple and streamlined, with no indices getting in the way of all that stone dial goodness.

[toc-section heading=”Xeric Triptych Automatic Wandering Hour Stone Edition”]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Xeric Wandering Hours

Case: 42mm  Material: Steel Movement: Xeric Caliber X2.3  Water Resistance: 50 meters Price: $1,399

The independent watchmaker Xeric is best known for its unconventional approach to design and time-telling at large. Its Wandering Hour complication is among the brand’s most iconic, and, right in step with the stone dial revival trend that’s been gripping the industry for the past few years, Xeric has made a fleet of models with stone dials, including turquoise dial watches. The natural, organic element of the turquoise stone dial creates a pretty cool contrast with the overall futuristic design language. Also, these watches aren’t as intimidating or difficult to read as they might seem on first glance – you just have to look at where the hour mechanism aligns with the minutes track to the right of the dial.

[toc-section heading=”NOMOS Club Campus Endless Blue”]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Nomos Club Campus

Case: 36mm; 38mm Material: Steel Movement: DUW 4001 Automatic Water Resistance: 100 meters Price: $1,830; $1,960

Made for younger watch enthusiasts (as the “Campus” moniker suggests), the Club Campus is the entry point into the world of NOMOS. The brand is never one to shy away from bold, playful pops of color, and this is the collection where NOMOS tends to push that fun-loving spirit to the limit. The Endless Blue dial color is the one that fits most neatly into this list, and it’s available in both 36mm and 38mm sizing options. While it might veer into the dressy end of the style spectrum with its round case and California style indices, the Club Campus packs in 100 meters of water resistance, along with the in-house DUW 4001 caliber, for added versatility.

 [toc-section heading=”Mühle Glashütte Panova”]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Mühle Panova

Case: 40mm Material: Steel Movement: SW 200-1 Automatic Water Resistance: 100 meters Price: $1,599

The Panova is one of the entry points into the Mühle Glashütte universe, and a colorful one at that. This is where you’ll find the brand testing out the Technicolor end of the spectrum, and, coincidentally, the only turquoise watch in the brand’s catalog. Bright sunray dial aside, the Panova maintains the Bauhaus-inspired, minimalistic design flair that the brand is synonymous with. Despite its more classic and formal elements, this watch is meant to be a playful daily driver, and is water resistant 100 meters.

 [toc-section heading=”Doxa Sub 300 Aquamarine”]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Doxa Sub 300

Case: 42.5mm Material: Steel Movement: Swiss Automatic mechanical Water Resistance: 300 meters Price: $2,890

A modern reimagining of DOXA’s iconic 1967 SUB concept, the modern SUB 300 has become one of the most beloved models in the brand’s contemporary catalog. While the vibrant orange dial model and the black “Sharkhunter” variation typically get more attention, the Aquamarine dial take fits neatly into this list. Really, the brand has quite a number of models with this dial color, so if you don’t necessarily need 300 meters of water resistance, and if the cushion case shape feels a little too retro to you, feel free to take a deep dive into the brand’s catalog.

 [toc-section heading=”Tudor Black Bay 54 Lagoon Blue”]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Black Bay 54 Lagoon Blue

Case: 37mm Material: Steel Movement: MT5400 Automatic Water Resistance: 200 meters Price: $4,775

Another one of Tudor’s recent experiments with color (which seems to be becoming less rare), the Lagoon Blue take on the Black Bay 54 is the most playful and bold we’ve seen yet. In addition to nailing just a perfect shade of turquoise, the texture dial bounces light off its surface just beautifully, sparkling and shining like the surface of the water it was inspired by. I’ve had the good fortune of spending quite a long time with this watch (perks of press samples), and have to say the 37mm case hits right in the unisex sizing sweet spot.

 [toc-section heading=”Breitling Superocean Automatic”]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Breitling SuperOcean Automatic

Case: 44mm Material: Steel Movement: Breitling 17 Water Resistance: 300 meters Price: $5,700

A retro callback to Breitling’s scuba-oriented Slow Motion diver, the Superocean Automatic of today is the brand’s answer to a surf, swim, and general beach-day-ready diver. The vibrant shock of turquoise is right at the dial’s center, creating an almost bullseye effect in contrast to the white sloped minutes track and black ceramic unidirectional bezel. Full of funky retro charm, this watch is also shock, sand, and saltwater resistant. Personally, I would probably go with the smaller 36mm model if given the choice, but the 12.62mm profile on the 44mm model strikes me as pretty decent, given the 300 meter depth rating.

 [toc-section heading=”Rolex Oyster Perpetual 36″]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Rolex Oyster Perpetual 36 Turquoise

Case: 36mm Material: Oystersteel Movement: Rolex Manufacture 3230 Water Resistance: 100 meters Price: $6,750

In the collecting community, the “Tiffany” turquoise blue lacquer dial Rolex Oyster Perpetual models have received a ton of hype since they dropped in 2020. Originally launched in 41mm and 36mm, the larger size has since been discontinued, only fanning the collecting frenzy as rarity increased. This robin’s egg shade of turquoise hasn’t disappeared entirely from the Rolex catalog, however, and the 36mm and a smaller 31mm turquoise Oyster Perpetual are still going strong. Also, if you’re interested in turquoise stone dials, Rolex has used the stone dial side in its long history, largely through President Day-Date models, if that’s more your thing.

[toc-section heading=”Tudor Black Bay Chrono Flamingo Blue”]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Tudor Black Bay Chrono Flamingo Blue

Case: 41mm Material: Steel Movement: Manufacture Calibre MT5813 Water Resistance: 200 meters Price: $6,6775

While the Black Bay Chrono is typically associated with more utilitarian, minimal color schemes, that all changed with the introduction of the Flamingo Blue take on the collection that debuted in 2025 alongside a Pink dial edition. Bright blue isn’t necessarily the first color I think of when I hear “flamingo,” but as the brand details it, this exact, Tiffany-meets-aqua hue is inspired by the tropical waters flamingos frequent, rather than the birds themselves. Either way, this particular colorway has been a smash hit since its release, and I think the brand could definitely utilize it across other collections.

[toc-section heading=”Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Turquoise”]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Seamaster Aqua Terra Turquoise

Case: 41mm Material: Steel Movement: Co-Axial Master Chronometer Caliber 8900 Water Resistance: 150 meters Price: $7,400

Part of the ever-growing fleet of lacquer dial Seamaster Aqua Terras, with this iteration, we’re moving into the more teal end of the turquoise spectrum. In this case, we’ve got a real strong fume-like gradient effect going on, with the turquoise being the most vibrant at the dial’s center, and fading to black around the perimeter. Though I’m listing the first iteration of this watch here, Omega did release a rendition of the Aqua Terra featuring this dial, but paired with a black ceramic bezel, last summer.

 [toc-section heading=”Zenith Defy Revival A3690″]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Zenith Defy Revival

Case: 37mm Material: Steel Movement: Zenith Elite Caliber Water Resistance: 300 meters Price: $7,800

The Defy Revival is somewhat of an oddball in the Zenith catalog, which is exactly why I’m drawn to it. In the sea of everyday-carry-oriented pieces and chronographs, the intensely retro design of the line is almost a shock to the system, but in a good way. It’s also a line that isn’t just vintage-inspired, but really has the heritage to back it up, as it’s a faithful re-edition of the Defy Diver that hit the scene in 1969. A bold design back in the early 70s, the DEFY revival carries on the complex case architecture of the original model that inspired it with its octagonal case and fourteen-sided bezel, and I have to say that the turquoise gradient dial feels particularly harmonious, given the sheer uniqueness of the design language. Though its 37mm size is somewhat on the smaller side, there’s no sacrificing on the dive-oriented specs, and we have 300 meters of water resistance to work with.

 [toc-section heading=”Patek Philippe Nautilus “Tiffany””]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Patek Philippe Nautilus Tiffany

Case: 40mm Material: Steel Movement: Automatic Caliber 26-330 S C Water Resistance: 120 meters

This is undeniably one of the most hyped turquoise dial watches of all time, full stop (though it’s not without its own unique flavor of controversy). The illustrious Reference 5711/1A-018 Nautilus made its debut in 2021 in celebration of 170 years of partnership between the jewelry house and one of the world’s most elite watchmakers. Remixing the Nautilus’s corrugated dial texture in Tiffany’s signature robin’s egg blue, this watch notably features a co-stamped dial, with the Tiffany & Co script just above six o’clock. With only 170 models ever produced, this is among the most coveted Nautilus references to date, fetching numbers in the millions at auction.

[toc-section heading=”Chopard Alpine Eagle “Maritime Blue” Dial”]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Chopard Alpine Eagle

Case: 41mm Material: Lucent Steel Movement: Chopard 01.01-C Automatic Water Resistance: 100 meters

The Alpine Eagle has one of my favorite dials in the whole universe of modern watchmaking, and of course, the turquoise “Maritime Blue” dial color is among my favorites yet. This one is technically part of the “Beach Edition” series of limited edition models in vibrant, summer-inspired hues, so I think that this one might be a little difficult to track down at the moment.

[toc-section heading=”Parmigiani Flourier Tonda PF GMT Rattrapante Versasca”]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Parmigiani Flourier Tonda PF GMT Rattrapante

Case: 40mm Material: Steel/Platinum Movement: PF051 Water Resistance: 60 meters Price: $34,600

I’ll admit, I’m really pushing the parameters of turquoise dial watches here, but I like this watch too much not to include it. One of the most elegant and minimal executions of GMT functionality out there, the Tonda PF GMT Rattrapante discreetly tracks and details two time zones, utilizing a dedicated rosy-hued hand to keep track of home time that can be hidden and revealed with the push of a single button. Trust me, this is one you really have to see in action to feel the full effect. In addition to its mechanical complexity, the barley grain guilloche dial is a feast for the eyes (technically dubbed “Verzasca green”), which sits somewhere between turquoise and eucalyptus. This might be the most serene watch on the list.

[toc-section heading=”Piaget Sixtie Rose Gold Turquoise Dial”]

The Best Turquoise Dial Watches: Piaget Sixtie Turquoise Dial

Case: 29mm Material: Rose gold Movement: Piaget 57P Quartz Water Resistance: Splash Resistant Price: $39,500

One of the newer collections in the Piaget catalog, the Sixtie is the brand’s contemporary reimagining of what a jewelry watch should be. Harkening back to the ostentatious and bold design of the late ‘60s, this collection brought the soft, organic, trapezoidal case shape back into the brand’s repertoire. Obviously, this retro case shape works particularly well when a turquoise stone dial gets thrown into the mix. The warm hues of the rose gold case and bracelet also look delicious with the relatively uniform turquoise stone that Piaget has gone for. This watch is intentionally jewelry-first (and high jewelry at that), which explains the use of quartz and the steep price tag.
