TAG Heuer inaugurates LVMH Watch Week by presenting the Carrera Chronograph 41 mm, a lineup that expands the Glassbox family with a complementary size.
Retaining the sculptural sapphire crystal that curves seamlessly over the three-dimensional dial and flange introduced with the 39 mm Glassbox, the Carrera Chronograph 41 mm debuts in three colour variations — blue, teal green and black — all featuring a tri-compax layout.
The blue (ref. CBS2113.BA0053) and teal green (ref. CBS2115.BA0053) versions feature a circular-brushed finish with snailed, tone-on-tone counters, along with rhodium-plated hands filled with white Super-LumiNova and rhodium-plated indexes.
The deep black dial of ref. CBS2114.BA0053 allows the contrasting red chronograph hands and coloured outer ring to stand out, emphasising the sporty character of the model.
All three references are paired with TAG Heuer’s seven-row stainless-steel bracelet, a sophisticated reinterpretation of the brand’s historic beads-of-rice design.
Measuring 41 mm in diameter and 14.17 mm in thickness, the stainless-steel case with round pump push-buttons offers water resistance to 100 metres / 330 feet.
Inside, the in-house TH20-01 calibre operates at a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour) and delivers an impressive 80-hour power reserve.
Equipped with a vertical clutch for seamless engagement, a column wheel for precise actuation, and bidirectional automatic winding, this self-winding movement is visible through the transparent sapphire crystal caseback.
Each timepiece is engraved on the back of the right-hand lug with the Victory Wreath, a discreet emblem within the Carrera collection that underscores TAG Heuer’s motorsport heritage.
The new TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph 41 mm has a suggested retail price of CHF 7,500. tagheuer.com
