Raymond Weil expands its Millesime Small Seconds 39 mm range with three new “Tuxedo” dial variations, introducing bold two-tone contrasts to the established line introduced in 2023.
The new references are housed in the classic 39 mm by 10.25 mm stainless steel case, combining satin-brushed and polished surfaces.
The three colourways are black and white (ref. 2930-STC-05642), red grape with light grey (ref. 2930-STC-05450), and midnight blue with black (ref. 2930-STC-05502).
Protected by a vintage-inspired domed sapphire crystal, the sector dials alternate light and dark zones to clearly delineate the hours and minutes.
Silver-toned hands and Arabic numerals are treated with Super-LumiNova for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions.
A glossy lacquered index ring marks the hour track, contrasting with adjacent surfaces, while a fine minute track in azure further enhances precision and readability.
At the centre, a vertically satin-brushed disc is intersected by a structural crosshair and a subtle V-shaped groove, echoing the industrial design language of the Art Deco era.
The small seconds sub-dial at six o’clock is opaline and recessed within a discreet ring, adding depth and visual balance to the dial.
The transparent sapphire case back reveals the mechanical self-winding RW4251 calibre, including its signature W-shaped oscillating weight.
Operating at 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour), the movement provides a 41-hour power reserve. Water resistance is rated to 5 ATM (50 metres / 165 feet).
Each watch is paired with a genuine calf leather strap secured with a stainless steel pin buckle, completing the elegant and understated aesthetic of the Millesime Small Seconds Tuxedo editions.
Prices for the new models are CHF 2,075 / €2,250 / US$2,295. raymond-weil.com
