Presented at Watches and Wonders Geneva, Eberhard & Co. introduces the new Scafograf 200 MCMLIX, a model that draws directly from the Scafograf 100 of 1959, the Maison’s first professional diver.

The new model is housed in a stainless steel case measuring 39 mm in diameter, a compact size that reflects both contemporary preferences and historical proportions, and joins the larger Scafograf 300 MCMLIX, featuring a 43 mm case.

Water resistance is rated at 200 metres / 660 feet, supported by a screw-in caseback engraved with a starfish motif, a screw-down crown protected by two guards, and the presence of an automatic helium escape valve at 9 o’clock—an element associated with professional saturation diving, ensuring the safe release of helium during deep-sea dives.

The case is topped by a domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment, while the 120-click unidirectional rotating bezel integrates a black or blue ceramic insert with vintage-style luminous markings on the first 15 minutes.

The dial is available in four versions: black dégradé (ref. 41047.01), black with a silver-toned minute track (ref. 41047.02), blue dégradé (ref. 41047.03) and blue with a silver-toned minute track (ref. 41047.04).

Across all versions, legibility remains a defining feature.

Applied hour markers with polished profiles incorporate vintage-toned luminescent material, with triangular indexes at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o’clock—a direct reference to the 1959 model.

The hour hand reprises this geometry with its distinctive triangular tip, while a baton-style minute hand and a central seconds hand with a circular luminescent segment complete the display.

The watch is powered by a Swiss self-winding movement operating at a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour) and offering a power reserve of approximately 40 hours.

The caseback is decorated with a starfish, the symbol of the Scafograf collection.

The strap attachment measures 19 mm, and the watch can be paired either with a vintage-style water-repellent leather strap, the traditional Chassis stainless steel bracelet, or a newly introduced stainless steel Milanese mesh bracelet.

Both metal bracelets are equipped with the proprietary 2CLICK folding clasp.
