Vintage Omega Seamaster

Going to start this week off with a brilliant tropical dial vintage Omega Seamaster. The 14k yellow gold filled case measures 35mm, has classic slim lugs and is in solid, unpolished condition. The embossed Hippocampus caseback medallion is nice and bold. The black dial has a pleasing, even patina that gives it a mottled chocolate look. It has applied gold stick markers and gold stick hands. No date window. I’m not always a fan of patina, but I can definitely make the case for this example! The crown is signed with the Omega logo as it should. This is a front loading case and there are no pictures of the automatic movement but the watch runs per the seller.

Vintage Lord Elgin Millbrook

Next up is a sweet vintage Lord Elgin Millbrook tank watch from the 1950s. This beauty has a wonderful Art Deco look to it. The small (likely 25mm or so) case is in 14k yellow gold fill, and is in superb condition. It’s squarish with fancy angled lugs that look really sharp, no pun intended! The butler silver dial is excellent, with applied gold markers. The markers are Art Deco stylized Arabic numerals for 12, 2, 4, 8 and 10, with a small sub-seconds dial at 6. Nice gold dauphine hands complete the look. Sadly there is no movement picture, but the seller states it has a 21 jewel manual wind grade 670 movement that is working well and keeping time. Comes on a period appropriate gold tone stretch band, but would look super sharp on a nice brown croc strap I think.

Vintage Seiko 7006-8007

Here is a great vintage Seiko 7006-8007 automatic piece. The steel case is sharp and unpolished, and even has the original little oval sticker on the back! The serial number dates this watch to October 1972. The dial is classic Seiko silver with their typical applied steel baton markers and a day/date window at 3. The watch comes on the original and correct Seiko signed beads of rice bracelet, which is really nice and super comfortable to wear. No movement pictures but the watch runs per the seller. Great robust vintage Seiko that should end with a budget friendly price.

Vintage 1970s Hudson Harris Quantum Infinite Time LED

I don’t know what’s cooler, the way this vintage LED watch looks, or its name: Hudson Harris Quantum Infinite Time LED. Is that retro Space Age or what? This gem has a killer blocky gold tone case that looks straight out of an old time Sci-Fi movie. The case is unpolished, with sharp edges and the original brushed finish. It comes with the original matching gold tone bracelet with a signed buckle. The red LED window is nice and clean with no cracks. The watch works well, with no missing LED segments. It even comes with the original box, but no papers. Great vintage piece that is sure to garner comments!

Vintage Favre-Leuba Moon Raider

Speaking of Space Age, this vintage Favre-Leuba Moon Raider is absolutely wild and retro as can be. The asymmetric 40mm case looks chrome plated with a pebbled finish. The case back is black plastic, with a nice large embossed Favre-Leuba hourglass logo. The sideways teardrop shaped dial is silver with a blue spiral chapter. There is a date window at 12 and a day window at 3, and the crown is at 4. This crazy piece comes on the original steel bracelet with a signed buckle. There is no movement picture, but it runs well per the seller. Just a really unique watch that I’ve never seen before. If you want something different…here ya go!

Vintage Heuer Autavia “Viceroy”

Last up is a stunner, a vintage Heuer Autavia Viceroy in great original condition. The 42mm steel case is a chunk, and is unpolished with crisp edges. The tachymeter bezel has a little wear, but is overall really nice, and the crystal, while scratched, appears to be original. The black dial with dual white sub-dials is clean, with bold steel hands and a red sweep second chronograph hand. There is a date window at 6. The crown on this one is on the left side at 8, with the original grooved chronograph pushers on the right. The Heuer caliber 12 manual wind movement is a beauty, clean and runner well per the seller. All this beauty needs is a new strap and you’re good to go with an absolute classic chronograph!
